Pilates MatPlus (Open Level)

Matwork or Pilates without equipment, is the foundation of the original Pilates Method. Joseph Pilates designed these series of exercises having in mind that each and every individual will be able to exercise on his/her own time, being completely independent from the supervision of a trainer. In a Mat class you will apply the Pilates Principles while exercise against gravity. Although the Matworkout is the core of Pilates Method, not everybody can perform it. The trainer will provide all the necessary small specialized accessories or support in order to perform each exercise with accuracy and safety while keeping everyone properly challenged as per their fitness level.

Using this popular piece of Pilates equipment, you will learn the Essential-Level Reformer repertoire, mastering the proper technique required to build core strength, stability and mind-body awareness. The added resistance of body weight and springs will intensify your workout as we flow through essential exercises

You can find the class that suits best your current physical condition and level of expertise in the Pilates technique, choose between open level accelerating pace, beginner to intermediate accelerating pace (beg/int) or intermediate to advance fast pace (int/adv) classes.

GYROTONIC® is three-dimensional in its range of movements, and this is unique to this form of exercise. Individuals who are used to working in linear movements are often surprised by how little control they have of their bodies in this way – so you need to be consistent with your sessions to see the benefits. It is the ideal training programme for anyone interested in improving all aspects of their fitness including dancers, athletes, sports enthusiasts, children, the elderly and injury rehabilitation clients.  PT3 is an hour-long class for 2 or 3. The aim of this limited-group training is to properly coach and instruct all participants on an individual level at a very affordable price.

**Ideal for all level of Gyrotonic practitioners. To join this PT3 group it is required to do one personal training.

Hatha Yoga (Open Level)

A slow-paced yoga practice that starts with breath work and centering to ground the body followed by execution of series of postures designed to open up the spine so that energy flows freely through the body and lastly a restorative meditation to allow for relaxation and quieting the mind. The slower nature of the practice balances movement and stillness, thus building strength, improving flexibility, allowing mental concentration and relaxation.

Dance Fitness

Sharing her passion for dance in her dance classes just comes naturally to her leaving everyone sweating and excited for more! From warm up all the way to the choreography, Kseniia will teach you the steps from different dance styles every time varying from salsa, to dancehall, jazz funk. This Class is an amazing way to burn some serious calories, have fun while doing something good for your cardiovascular system plus boosting your happy hormones and confidence all at once!

Vinyasa is a sequence of yoga postures linked together by breath and movement. It is a dynamic and physically demanding practice synchronizing breath and movement to produce internal heat designed to purify the body. Vinyasa is great for building core strength and toning the body. It also promotes purification of the body and mind as it allows the practitioners to move through the sequence  with complete awareness and presence, transforming the movement to not just a physical form of exercise but a form of meditation while moving.
