It is the ideal training programme for anyone interested in improving all aspects of their fitness including dancers, athletes, sports enthusiasts, children, the elderly and injury rehabilitation clients.  PT3 is an hour-long class for 2 or 3. The aim of this limited-group training is to properly coach and instruct all participants on an individual level at a very affordable price.

A slow-paced yoga practice that starts with breathwork and centering to ground the body followed by execution of series of postures designed to open up the spine so that energy flows freely through the body and lastly a restorative meditation to allow for relaxation and quieting the mind. The slower nature of the practice balances movement and stillness, thus building strength, improving flexibility, allowing mental concentration and relaxation.
