A true Ballet Class is designed to give everything a Dancer would need: flexibility, strength, cardiovascular endurance while everything would be executed with pure elegance, poise and grace. Based on the traditional structure of a classical dance class, this workout has the best of all 3 phases: Barre workout to warm-up and strengthen then floor or standing choreographed exercise series to test your balance and develop your structural deep-layered muscles and lastly faster pace choreography to get your heart beat pumping to fat-burn zone. If you have always been fan of Ballet, either took classes as a child or not this adult class is a must for the body and soul!
