MyoFascial Release is a form of self-massage that is trigger-point based. It means you use props such as foam rollers, rubber balls and blocks to gently massage tight areas of the body. MFR is designed to relieve muscle tension, pain and increase flexibility optimizing movement performance during exercises, improving range of motion thus making you feel more relaxed and mobile.
