A slow-paced yoga practice that starts with breath work and centering to ground the body followed by execution of series of postures designed to open up the spine so that energy flows freely through the body and lastly a restorative meditation to allow for relaxation and quieting the mind. The slower nature of the practice balances movement and stillness, thus building strength, improving flexibility, allowing mental concentration and relaxation.
