High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) combined with Pilates principles.

Two different forms of exercise that complement each other well. HIIT focuses on providing effective cardio workout which is helpful in burning calories and an excellent way to increase stamina while Pilates focuses on improving strength and flexibility as it works on core. So when these two combined together, they work on both large and small muscle groups which ensure a whole body focus.
