I have dedicated my entire life to movement and exercise. I have done pretty much everything; from sports to professional dance, majoring in Dance Education aiming for Movement Psychotherapy (non-verbal). I have discovered the amazing benefits of Mind & Body forms of exercising such as Yoga, Pilates and Gyrotonic. The more I’ve learned, the more I realized that I can actually “WORK SMART, NOT HARD” to get the maximum of my time in exercising.
