With over 14 years experience in Fitness & Personal Training, Rachelle is a certified level 1 Reformer Pilates Instructor, Pre and Post Natal qualified trainer and Functional Trainer (TRX, Boxing, VIPR and Tribe Fit). Rachelle graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and is a PTA global level 3 certified. She is initially introduced to Pilates 4 years ago when she suffered a lower back pain while training. She started using the method as part of her rehabilitation process and seeing the result, she fell in love with Pilates and started training her clients. And so began her journey to become a Pilates Instructor.

Rachelle is amazed how Pilates improve one’s posture and strength. Her teaching techniques focuses on improving strength, mobility and flexibility with touch of fun workout. She teaches Private Pilates and Group.
