I have dedicated my entire life to movement and exercise. I have done pretty much everything; from sports to professional dance, majoring in Dance Education aiming for Movement Psychotherapy (non-verbal). I have discovered the amazing benefits of Mind & Body forms of exercising such as Yoga, Pilates and Gyrotonic. The more I’ve learned, the more I realized that I can actually “WORK SMART, NOT HARD” to get the maximum of my time in exercising.

Let’s take advantage of the Dubai Fitness Challenge 30×30 which is around the corner. It is the perfect opportunity to set together some amazing fitness and wellness goals and commit to moving our body on a daily basis. So, are you ready for the challenge? Are you ready to transform your life both physically and mentally?

Simplicity, I believe in the wisdom of simplicity: Stretch, yawn, breathe, flex, bend, spiral your spine, shake your limbs, walk vigorously and move your body. But there’s one condition; You have to do it daily for 30’.

Why? Because the benefits of moving your body daily are endless. Here are three key reasons:

Reason 1:

Modern Neuroscience proves that a single workout will immediately increase levels of neurotransmitters like dopamine, serotonin and noradrenaline; in simple words it will improve your mood, energy, attention and reaction time immediately.

Reason 2:

By increasing your cardio-respiratory function daily you can actually change your brain’s anatomy, physiology and function. That means you will stay more focused, productive and sharper for longer, for your entire life. How is that? Moving faster and breathing deeper actually boosts your heart rate by 20% increasing your body’s ability to produce brand new cells.

Reason 3:

Just 30 minutes of vigorous activity is enough to significantly delay the ageing and degenerating process. Daily workouts will encourage your body to produce new cells helping you look and feel younger, boost your immune system, improve your confidence and uplift your mood.

It is very simpler than you think, just a daily 30’ workout “SMART AND NOT HARD”
